Role: Assistant Manager – Sales (Operations)

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
· 6-10 years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of success in managing teams with quota or revenue targets.
· Prior experience in the digital advertising industry is highly preferred.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
data-driven recommendations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams.
