Role: Specialist Trainer – Sales

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales training programs and materials.
Conducting training sessions for sales teams to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Assessing training needs and creating customized training plans to address gaps.
Providing ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
Proficiency in using training software, multimedia tools, and other educational resources.
Certification in sales training or professional development (e.g., Certified Professional SalesPerson, Certified Sales Trainer) may be preferred or required by some employers.
